Troubleshooting Client/Agent Logs

When experiencing latency issues, screen freezes, crashes, updates, etc.
You must send the Agent and Server logs to the support team to analyze the problem.

You will find a button in the Settings tab to generate logs and send them to us by email at [email protected]
